Food choices constantly occupy my mind. Is it organic? Local? Unprocessed? Which is most important, and what are the trade-offs? How is it packaged, and who made it? With this constant inner dialogue I thought it was time to start sharing my thoughts and what I’m learning about the food I eat.
In my work life I’m Principal of Uncover Editorial + Design. Uncover works with sustainability-minded organizations to communicate their work in clear, thoughtful language. I’ve also worked in the fields of sustainable community development and urban design since 2003. My work has always focused on communicating big, complex ideas through accessible language and engaging formats to a range of audiences.
